Retreat Schedule

This is subject to change, but is a general outline of the weekend

Friday Afternoon

4pm arrival - guests start arriving any time from 4pm. Find your room, have some snacks on the deck, go for a swim or a nature walk and settle in.

6pm - welcome circle in the dome, a short welcome session, with a grounded breath practice

7pm - Dinner - chef prepared meal on the deck (weather permitting)

8pm - Short group session & reflection - intention setting for the weekend.

8:30pm - Evening wind down yoga and meditation. This practice is soft, nourishing and will help you unwind ready for bed.

Saturday Morning

7am - Morning Yoga & Meditation

8am - Breakfast - hot and cold options prepared by our chef.

9am - Workshop 2 - Creativity & Wellness

10am - Personal creative practice

11am - morning tea and free time (swim, walk, keep creating)

Saturday Lunch

1pm - Lunch on the deck

2pm - Sharing circle - reflecting on our morning practice and intentions

3pm - Free Time

5:30 - Afternoon tea and sharing + free time to read, reflect.

Saturday Evening

7pm - Dinner

8pm - Workshop 4 - Music Session; a short concert with Michelle based around the concept of developing your relationship with yourself.

9pm - Bedtime Yoga & Meditation

10pm finish.

Sunday Morning

7am - Morning Yoga & Meditation

8am - Breakfast

9am - Workshop 5

10am - Personal Practice

11am - Morning Tea

Sunday Afternoon

1pm lunch -

2pm - Reflection, sharing and closing ceremony.

3-4pm - Guests leave (and cry)
