I am super passionate about helping people to live their best lives. I talk to people who have Fibromyalgia ALL. THE. TIME. Women who are tired, run down, overworked and exhausted.  Mums who are trying to do it all and have enough energy to simply survive.  I get asked the same questions over and over so rather than typing like a t-rex hunched over my computer randomly answer questions I decided to create a webinar where I share some of the things I have learnt on my road to recovery from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and general depression and anxiety.  

It's not easy.  It's even worse when there's a hundred billion articles pointing your in all sorts of directions.  You don't know what to believe, you don't know what's going to work and all the while you keep getting worse.  I understand this and I want you to stop.  Take a breath.  Join me for this webinar and I'll show you some of what has taken me years to learn.  It's not a magic bullet.  There's no pill you can take that's going to give you your life back.
