I have suffered anxiety & depression most of my life and Fibromyalgia for the past five years. It sucks. But these sorts of things don't have to consume you and there are things you can do. I write a LOT about the things that I do to stay on top.

I tend to process a lot of stuff via songwriting. Sometimes I don't even know what I'm struggling to understand until I've finished writing a song and I'm like "woah. So THAT'S why I've been like this". I've learnt a lot from this.
