Guided Meditation: One-on-One Sessions

I offer private, one-on-one guided meditation sessions for people who are looking to slow down, settle their nervous system, and develop a supportive, grounded meditation practice in a way that feels gentle and human.

These sessions are not about forcing stillness, clearing your mind, or “doing meditation properly.”
No prior experience is needed — you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Each session is tailored to you and may include simple, accessible practices such as breath awareness, body-based grounding, gentle imagery, and present-moment support to encourage calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

The emphasis is always on safety, compassion, and meeting you where you’re at — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally fatigued, or simply craving space to slow down and breathe.

One-on-one meditation may be especially supportive if you:

• feel busy, stressed, or mentally overloaded
• are navigating emotional challenges or life transitions
• want a softer approach to mindfulness and meditation
• prefer personalised guidance rather than group classes
• are seeking grounding, rest, and nervous system support

Sessions can be adapted to suit beginners as well as those with an existing meditation practice.
