It all started when...

After I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and well after I learned to manage it well, I designed this meditation to help me to relax my muscles, release tension and stress in my body and basically be able to unwind all the stiffness that I still tend to carry. 

This can be helpful whether you have Fibromyalgia or not - we all carry tension in our body it's just the degree that varies. Whether it's from stress, computer work or staring at your computer or phone...  I hope you find this helpful :)
