This week on the Transformational Personal Growth Podcast I chat with Delia McCabe...
Delia turned her back on conventional talking therapy, after completing her Masters in Psychology. Since then she's immersed herself in the fascinating world of nutrition and the brain and offers a focused and insightful approach - based on solid science - into how specific foods can improve your mood, concentration, memory and learning ability as well as help you stay calm and happy in our busy, stressful world, regardless of your age! Delia is presently completing her PhD, specifically focused on the effect that nutrients have on the stress levels of women, and her book ‘Feed Your Brain - 7 Steps to a Lighter, Brighter You!’ as just been released in Australia and New Zealand.
There are so many things to consider during this interview so get out a pen and a notebook!
This interview is really eye opening and I can vouch personally for the incredible wisdom and information that can be found in Delia's book ''Feed Your Brain - 7 steps to a lighter brighter you"... I've already started putting some of the insights into my own everyday life choices. Jack thinks I'm becoming a hippy 'Mum! You're all flax seed this, chia seed that'... HA!

My favourite quote:
'My husband used to call me a zealot. 'You want to change the whole world!'. Eventually I decided writing a book was a better idea than to keep attacking people while they were eating'.
Congrats on the book Delia it is a wonderful contribution to the health and wellness of our world xx
